I am a little bit confused. What is the difference between under pressure and pressurized?

I don't know if there is a strict technical definition to the terms, but I would interpret "under pressure" to be something that pressure is being applied to from the outside of the item. I would interpret "pressurized" to mean that pressure is being applied from within the item.
