Contact your internet service provider. Normally, Outlook Express is the default mail server for your provider. However, since Outlook doesn't have a spam filter, your ISP might have a site that you can log into that will filter spam for you.
While you're trying to get through to your ISP's tech support department, log into their home page and see if there's a place for you to get your mail off that page. It might be under something like "email for travellers"..or something like that.
You can also search your ISP's site for spam filters, and see what they have. If your ISP provides some kind of spam blocking software, you won't have to seek an outside source for help. It just takes up space, and your ISP's spam filters will be much more reliable...and it will take up space on their server...not your hard drive.
