Why is it when a big truck and a car crash together it's always the trucks fault?
Dont people know they cant win in a truck &car crash or do they just not give a damn wheather or not they die?
the thing that dont make any sense to me is the cops knows who is at fault most of the time, so why is it the truck drivers fault 99% of the time

well from my experience it was the trucks fault. I was going through a GREEN LIGHT and a truck made a left hand turn without yielding to oncoming traffic (me) and smashed me. My car was totaled and i was pulled out in a gurney a week and a four days before my wedding. So it was the trucks fault

it isn't the truck's fault 99% of the time. I don't know if its the truck's fault or the car's fault most often. Perhaps you mean the truck is blamed most of the time?

actually no, the police investigate the accident and write a accident report. They do not automaticly blame anyone.
