Yes .. he has broken so many laws it's not funny. The irony of the answers that will follow here will be that people will pick at your spelling and split hairs over what an "impeachment" is.. but the reality is he has done many many things that are clearly out of order with the constitution that are absolutely impeachable offenses..as for Democrats running with it ? the only thing the Democrats seem to be able to run with is their tales between their legs...

Spying on the public,
False and Immoral reasoning for military actions,
Lax and abnormally slow reactions to catastrophic events (9/11)
Illegal and obstructive policies within his administration..remember in any military chain of command the top man is responsible..
etc,etc,etc..

far and away the worst blight on the face of this nation Ever !!
E V E R !!!!

No, Nixon became into no longer impeached. He resigned in the previous he became into impeached. in the history of the U. S., in straightforward terms 2 Presidents (Andrew Johnson and invoice Clinton) have been impeached. the two have been acquitted. there have been additionally one cupboard member (Secretary of warfare William Belknap - acquitted), one Senator (Tennessee Senator William Blount - expenditures exceeded over), and 13 federal judges (alongside with one U.S. superb court docket Justice - Samuel Chase) that have been impeached. Impeachment isn't the comparable as convicting somebody of a criminal offense. that's greater like a Grand Jury indictment. It in straightforward terms says that there is adequate evidence for the guy to stand trial. At a federal point, impeachment happens in the U.S. abode, and the trial happens in the U.S. Senate.

You can't impeach the President because you feel like it. You have to have an impeachable offense, and there isn't one. Believe me, if the Democrats in Congress had anything, anything at all, they would run with it.

There's no crime, no obstruction, he had nothing to do with Valerie Plame and he didn't commit perjury.

I'm not saying Bush is a good President, and I'm not saying he's not. I'm just saying he hasn't committed an impeachable offense.

NO, and please learn to put together a logical sentence.

But seriously, you have some really naive people replying.

Don't be hoodwinked into thinking impeachment is the answer to anything. Impeachment is a political process, meaning if Repubs are in the majority, nothing will happen but 6 months of garbage and nothing else gets done. No chance for conviction. No legal rules. It is all political.

There are many reasons to impeach him. But you mean kick him out of office. impeach is only to put him on trial. I.E. Bill Clinton was impeached but not kicked out of office. I think Bush needs to go because hes a dumbass and can't even say nuclear right. There are many reasons to do it, for which i dont know the leagle term.

no he hasnt done anything worth impeaching for and why do people always blame the president for everything. its your fault in the first place if you didnt vote and its not just he who makes decisions for us, many people in congress do so you people who like to hate our presidents all the time should run yourself and see how well you do because i bet you cant since it takes so much that you dont know about and you yourselves would be impeached i promise

What is your question? Should he be now, or is it possible?

With a Republican-controlled House, there would certainly need to be an obvious offence and great public outrage before it would consider impeachment.

If WE win in Iraq, Bush will have saved millions of lives and may have adverted WW III. He will go down in history as one of our greatest presidents. Would you want him to do like Clinton: get a B.J. and surrender to the terrorists? Plume and her husband, who both want to be Hollywood stars, will go down in history as traitors. Which they are. (If you hate Bush and America, move to North Korea.) Go for it!!!

First you have prove he's done something that's actually against the law.

Oh, and it's Plame not Plume.
