There are many ways to throw up your food which I wont tell you or help you find.
You shouldn't do it to lose weight because it won't help you. Your body will have already absored the fat and nutrients so it defeats the purpose. It damages your throat, can cause heart attacks and kidney failure.
If you want a good diet ask for one and I will send it to you. I dropped 20 lbs in a month doing little excersize (no gym) and I got to eat a lot. It was Dr. supervised and there are no drugs to take.

Im not telling you how nor should anyone. It's unhealthy and will creat a eating disorder and will turn away ppl who know. If you want to lose a few pounds go on a diet but seriously dont start throwing up. Like i said already its unhealthy as all hell and it psychologicly bad for you too

look if you want to be bulimic chances are you want to be sexy- but consider this- once you throw up that acid wears away at your teeth causing cavities and bad breath, not to mention the hole in your esophagus, plus once you achieve your desired weight you may not be able to retain food anymore because your body is use throwing it up- I take a vitamin everyday and drink water and that alone rids me of excess- but I do work out 3 times a week try that - the vitamin will make you poop so much trust

#1 Don't do it AND Don't do it to loose weight. Pukeing is never the answer!
But... in the normal course of your life if you DO ever need to YAK
Do this!
#2 My best suggestion when you are going to puke, yak, or blow chunks.
ALWAYS drink a glass of water as soon as you feel it heading North! This will help with the acid issue!

Did you not watch "True Stories from the ER". This girl was wanting to vomit all her food up and she got a fork stuck int he back of her throat. She almost died. You should never force yourself to vomit. Why don't you try just not eating so much instead.

Go to a doctor. Throwing up your food will rot your teeth and your esophagus, and deprive you of food VALUE while debilitating your heart. This is not funny - it's very serious. Please see a doctor and get him/her to help you lose weight in a logical manner. Good luck!
