you pick to look forward to it to tutor eco-friendly. commonly maximum lighting fixtures fixtures are lower than 4 minutes and maximum change in lower than 60 seconds. once you've been sitting at one for 10 minutes AND it is secure so that you could bypass, you could honk your horn and go by potential of it. If a cop stops you state how lengthy you've been there for, that you honked and made positive no one else became coming and counting on the section, you could declare you probably did not experience secure status on the mild that lengthy. Technically, they could nevertheless furnish you with a ticker, yet you'd be in a position to wrestle it.

I don't wear the blue uniform, but I think 4 to 5 minutes is plenty.(Sometimes even lights that are working take that long.) Then proceed with extreme caution, as the light for the cross-traffic is still green. If you get stopped, plead insanity...

hubbys a cop and he will tell ya until it turns green!
I am not a cop so dont tell me hubby I do this..lol
but if it's late at night and no one around i will stop and go thru it! I dont like to wait at lights if there's no traffic..lol..I am sure I am bound to get caught one of these times! and my hubby will say that i deserve the ticket! He's not one to get me out of tickets..lol...
dont ever argue with the cop just be honest and say u were tired of waiting or u thought the light was broke and not changing color..lol

i hate to be first in line when that happens..if its a busy intersection someone will probably have to call it in to get you moving....if its a slow intersection i would just look both ways real good and stomp on it lol...u run into that alot on a motorcycle coz they wont trigger the light.

When it's obvious it isn't going to change, wait until it's safe to pass through. And hope some joker doesn't t-bone you.
