Take him to the vet!!! While it may be an allergic reaction it could also be a totally new disease. Whatever it is, it needs to be treated.

Here'd some reading for you on vaccinations from the University of Illinois

Vaccinations are good for many, many years. He might be having a reaction to the vaccinations that he has gotten.

Don't let the vet give him a Leukemia shot. The label on the vaccines says that only healthy cats or dogs should receive vaccinations. There is a lot on the web about this including the duration of immunity for all the shots. I would say that at his age, he doesn't need any more vaccines for the rest of his life.
Also read the site of a cat owner who lost his cat after getting vaccinations. I read about this site in the minutes of the Texas A&M Vaccination Roundtable-2003

I would take him to the vet. You might want to read up on immunizations too. There is a lot of controversy regarding vaccines. Some people don't vaccinate. I know someone who's cat developed cancer due to getting a vaccine and his cat died.

You need to either call the vet asap or call the animal hospital. He probably really needs to be seen by a professional.
