If you are friends I don't see the problem.. unless you think it will go farther(and you want it too) you should stop. But I mean why ruin a friendship when he is someone nice to talk to?

As you said you two broke up and he have a new girlfriend. There are some people that break up and they are good friends, so it all depends on how you two broke up.
If it was one of those relationships were some thing happen that is is highly unlikely of you two remaining friends. You are the one that hold the key in knowing how you two broke up as i assume that it was not any thing that bad ?
The fact that he have a new girl friend in his life. You can't stay idle and not meet new people and in time he will be in the past as you will meet some one else and move on.
I don't know the history between you two and only you can make this decision to continue to talk to him or not. Let your Gut instincts be your guide in deciding what for you to do.
I personally would look to meet some one else and not meet in public with him or for my friends to see us constantly together. One thing to keep in mind. What if this new girlfriend become pregnant with his child what will you do from there ?
If say you two were being seen in public and all of a sudden he is moving around with a new girl friend and an expected child. In the dynamics of relationships don't rule any thing out and you be careful were your feelings are concern.

if you broke up why bother with him anyway ? He has a new girlfriend and you can be sure he isn't telling her, he is still in contact with you.I personally think he is just kinda keeping you on the side in case things with the new girlfriend are not working out he can rebound back to you. I'd ignore him refuse his calls and try to get it across to him we broke you have a new girlfriend talk to her and leave me alone.

STOP calling him,,, stop unswering him ,,, stop thinking of him ... cuz by talking to him 1) u r wasting ur time
2) u r loosing chances of meeting other guys that may be one of them be the right one for u
3) u r puting urself in the fire line ,,,at anytime u may get hurted
4) u r keeping ur mind busy by him while u should be busy searching for others
be smart honey and let it go
turn this page ,,, and don't look back ,, look for what u can do next to get u to meet the right one ,,

Stop talking to him. I mean u can but not like you used 2. Cuz if his girl finds out, she'll blame it on him and leave him. Then he'll think it' s UR fault and stop talking 2 u. Call him every 2 days

do you still want to be friends with him? It sounds like you still have feelings for him and you are afraid that if you spend time with him than something might happen.
If you want to just be friends, and it is okay with his currently gf, I would say there is no problem still talking and hanging out.

Cut him out completely his just not into you! Stop talking to him; men love to play games like that. If they can have two girls and you allow it, he will take what he can.
