My hubby is a cop, we were goin to get this house and the people said no cause hubby is a cop and the 2 were arrested for drinkin and driving! I was very angry the lady said cops have a basge and a liscens to kill with no questions asked! How many law enforcement people go thru crap like that!

I'm not a cop, but I'm sorry you had this problem. I am also incredibly sorry to see so many bad attitudes about cops here. And who're all these folks going to call when someone infringes on their precious rights?
Anyway, I have had students whose daddies and/or mommies were cops. I have nothing but respect for such an incredibly tough job. Seems that the folks who hate cops are the same ones who hate teachers....bosses....any authority figure.

If your husband breaks as many rules as you do on this site-i wouldn't want you either-If you have read your rules and community guidelines- You would not be asking these illegal 'chat' questions as they are defined in the bottom half of the guidelines-you have a spell check and don't use it !!!Swear on a user friendly site and in general (nothing to do with your husbands job) are an awful example of a so called adult.Read your bloody guidelines before breaking any more rules and no need to say thank you,for warning you.You know we can all read your record here!!!!

My hubby is a cop too.. but here is a neat law for you, if the house is for sale and they refuse to sell it to you for the asking price, it is discrimination.... Don't mess with us cop wives. good luck!

Although it rarely happens to me, insult attempts such as the one you described in your post usually do not bother me. The house you mentioned does not seem appealing anyway. You're probably better off looking elsewhere. Good luck.
