juss be urself and talk to people to get use to being around ppl and talking to them, don't be scared ! once u do overcome ur shyness you'll feel so much better

I know it may not be easy for you but, why don't you start by introducing yourself to people when you go out (please don't be needy) by getting to know so many people you will forget all about your shyness problem.

try shouting the F word in public really loud. it worked for me. try some place where there aren't a lot of people at first.

just talk to people make a conversation with them, make them laugh thats how they know your a fun out going person
