It's really hot outside, with this heatwave. I was bikinge everyday, about four miles, I think. But, with it being 90-100 degrees, I don't think it's safe for me to be biking in the heat. I still want to do something so I don't feel like such a coach potato.

I am on summer vacation, and not at my house. So cleaning house isn't an option. I don't know where things go, and I don't know what things I should throw out or keep.

Any suggestions? (besides dancing? XD I'm not such a great dancer...)

If it isn't too hot indoors, walk up and down the hall. Don't worry if you are a good dancer. Dance a little. Stand up to watch TV. That sort of thing. Take walks at night after the sun goes down if it's safe.

Ride your bike. The wind will keep you somewhat comfortable. Go in the morning or evening.

Jumping rope is an excellent indoor exercise and the equipment is very portable!
