Even as I type, my sister is complaining and dissing my whole entire family and me right now becuase she's all put out. No one hears her but me, but she's getting on my nerves. What would you do?

if you ignore her, she'll go away. Just keep ignoring her, block her out. Everyone hears her, but there's no point in talking sense to a person who doesn't listen, so you do the same thing, just ignore her, she's an attention seeker so stop giving her attention.

Turn the music up loud..she's just making a fool of herself. Although if she's talking trash on your parents then your parents should be knocking her out for disrespecting...

Sounds like everyone's used to it. Take her somewhere and calm her down, try if you can get her to talk things through rationally. If you can't, take her somewhere and talk things calmly.
I'd suggest going somewhere and talking because when in the home, the problems stay in the home.

get up, walk over to her and throw your arms around her and hug her and tell her you love her. It will either change her perspective or she will run screaming away. Either way, good!
