Dating again after 24 years?

Question

I have not dated for 24 years I would like ideas on how to aprroach women to ask them out without scaring them off.
I was advised I needed to get game or mojo. What exactly are they and how do I acquire them.
Is there anyway for me to get women to approach me instead of me always contacting them.
I am tired of the club scene. Are there better ways to advertised that I atm available again without being pushy.

Go take some night or weekend classes in something you'd like to learn...heck, something you already know even. Go study something you like and meet some ladies...a lot of the ones in your age bracket take classes for the purpose of meeting someone. Look into a cooking, art or dance class.

I"m 41, so after I got divorced, it had been quite a while since I dated also. It was pretty scary, especially in today's world.
I would suggest you try to put a personal ad on some of the websites. Matchdoctor.com is a good one, and I met a couple of wonderful people on there. Yahoo.com personals is okay as well. Ask friends, and family if they know of anyone you could be introduced to, or have a party or get together, and urge everyone to bring single, available women for a "mixer" or something.
Join a club, (book club, cooking club, etc.) that seems mostly geared toward women. Many single women do clubs like these to keep from being home alone and bored.

Well I think you should go to bookstores or the market after 7pm there you will be able to meet single women that just got back from work. When you are at the market try, the poultry departments if you see someone interesting ask her if she knows an easy recipe for chicken for a single person and take it from there. At the bookstore hang out by the magazines or the biography section and ask if she would recommend a good book or cooking magazine that should help. I can say this because that is how I have met some interesting people I hope this helps you. just don’t be to eager women don’t like that, be calm and cool as if you have all the time in the world.

first rule, always be very clean and smell good. have your hair done, your clothes clean and dont wear any weird clothes. start off with a smile and a hello, if the girl thinks your cute she will smile back or say something otherwise most likely not. and bring up a conversation but take it slow dont scare the girl away by asking personal questions right away. you'll know the type of girl when you start talking some are totally ready to meet someone they can settle down with. and some only want to party and have a good time these are the type of girls that you'll be pushing away if you try to hard from the beginning. try bars, and try going to the park for a walk or running or the gym us girls do work out.

I dont know what "game" or "mojo" is, but you sound about my age, 40's or older, I think women our age want to be appricated for our wisdom and experance in life. There may be a lot of nicer bodies out there, but we have it upstaris! Keep your inital approach simple, meet for coffee or breakfast. Listen to her unspoken words by watching her actions toward you. Most of us are secure with ourself enough to let you know if we like you or not. We typically dont hide our feelings out of fear of rejection, life is too short now!!!! Good Luck!
