The water in my town is GREAT! It's healthy and tastes GREAT! I just drink tap water no purifier or anything needed. However, when we visit mom in El Paso...yuck!!! I do drink bottled water.

I drink a variety of different water, filtered, chilled water through my refrigerator, bottled water bought from various stores, mineral waters like Perrier and San Pelligrino, and most of the time just a plain old bottle of arrowhead will do it for me. I do not like to drink tap water, although when there is no other alternative, I will drink it with ice.

Bottled water only when I'm in Mexico, have to have a water softener in my home (well water), run it through a final carbon filter for drinking.

At home we use reverse osmosis water that we fill up at Safeway ( under 3 bucks for 18 litres). I hate the taste of our tap water.

i think neither, the healthiest is you yourself boiling the water, letting it cool and then freezing it. yes i know who wants to do that work, but it makes you lose so much weight i lost 100 pounds in about 6 months of course it was with exerices too but mainly brisk walking alot of places and 15 cups of boiled then cooled water a day!!!
