How much would you pay or do you charge for infant private care at their home? In California nannies make between 16-22/hour to go to peoples homes. Day cares typically make 5/hour b/c they have mass amounts of children. Whats fair? What would you pay? This is for an infant!

My daughter only goes part time, but I still have to pay the full time rate since she takes up a spot. I pay $115 a week. I live in California.

I think that $15 a day, for an 8-hour day would be good. It's always more for infants, although, if it were my baby I'd trust a daycare facility before I would trust a nanny. They are always supervised, and have certain regulations to follow. Of course, it's more than $15 a day for a daycare. And I don't know if "mass amounts" is the right term. The teachers are only allowed a certain amount of children for each age group.

i'd nonetheless cost for a unwell day. Be like that is what I cost a week. in case your newborn is going to be out better than 2 days that week i visit favor to understand in develop and easily then deduct. once you're charging eighty 5 per week to computer screen the child i does no longer deduct better than 10 or 15 an afternoon i you go with no longer to price in accordance to unwell day.

I wouldn't pay anything because infancy is the most important time of their development and I wouldn't want anyone but me raising my child at that time. It's priceless.
