I know I am not ugly because I have gotten good comments from guys I don't even know.
So why would women stare me up and down? Are they lesbians?

Most likely if they stare at you up and down they are jealous. It is quite okay for women to check each other out (and guys too), so don't let it bother you too much. And if some of them are lesbians or bisexuals then just feel flattered...at least you know that your not hard to look at and thats the reason they stare...trust me that is no fun.

Cause they think ur a slut or they r lezs or u was looking at there man or if ur under 16 they think u shouldn't be wearing certain clothes u wear or thats how most ppl act towards ppl like in london if u say hi to someone they look at u weird then when i went to america i said hi to someone an there like hi an start smilling lik a weirdo lol.

No..I think you are a tad conceited. Woman probably look at you because chances are you attract attention to yourself...and if your attracting their mans attention then ya, they are going to stare you down...
By the way...EVERYONE gets good comments from people they dont even know, so you might want to relax a little

Well you could just be really pretty and they could be checking you out. If they don't swing that way then they could be hatin on you in their head wondering why they can't be that pretty. Don't worry about it gurl, just keep on truckin!!!! Besides jealous ones shall envy so maybe thats wat they are doing, envying you. Just be pleased and don't take it offensively.
