it truly is off QI or some thing like that =D and they go on to assert it is humorous to cause them to then walk down the steps. also, go away particularly milk interior the bottle and they strive against to get it and get their heads stuck.

ok seriously that sounds like it'd be super funny, but i definitely know that my cat wouldn't let me even attempt something like that on him! he'd probably bite me and run away and hide under the bed just far enough for me to grab him . . .
