Hawaii could be the 50th state of the United States of America and is situated almost at the hub of the North Pacific Ocean issue which makes from Hawaii a good selection for an incredible holiday, with hotelbye you'll find more. The organic beauty of the islands continues to be certainly one of Hawaii's greatest assets. One of the very exciting areas to visit in Hawaii is Volcanoes National Park. That bunch supplies a unique, close-up look at a dynamic volcano and the new landscape made by a volcano. Warm lava passes down the mountain part, and dried lava covers the street, showing its unstoppable force. Another place worth visit is the memorial Visitors Center, a centre that delivers famous home elevators the Harbor and the Japanese assault and the Battleship USS Missouri.

I think your dreams are very interesting. I do not believe that tidal waves symbolise anything, but in both your dreams your environment is very much out of control. Have you got a personal situation that is out of control in any way? A problem that you cannot manage that is getting too much? This is only a suggestion, you may find it means something else. Email me if you would like to discuss it further.

Many psychologists believe that one of the functions of dreams is to help us resolve conflicts in an abstract way. That's why you can be driving a Ferrari one moment, and suddenly be sitting in a sofa the next, without questioning how it happened, or why.
Your recurring dreams of being attacked by something you fear suggests that you feel a lack of control regarding a situation (or person) around you. You feel confused, helpless, or powerless about the situation. It could be something as simple as anxiety about an upcoming test, or maybe the fear of rejection. I don't think ANYONE can truly tell you what YOUR dreams mean, so please don't waste your money on one of those new-age dream anaylisis books. They'll tell you something like seeing a car in your dream means you will soon be traveling. Everyone is unique, and so are their dreams, so generalizations are useless when it comes to precise "answers".
If these dreams are "nightmares" to you, I hope a resolution presents itself soon and gives you some peace. Nightmares suck!
Peace!

I don't think dream symbolism is universal. I think in order to interpret the dreams, you need to consider what tidal waves mean to you. If you fear deep water, perhaps the tidal waves are a manifestation of life overwhelming you in some way?

Maybe it's your subconscious saying "Whoa - life is getting really complicated really fast - I'm getting sucked in by the undertow."

This is pretty suggestive that you have a critical factor which has been implanted into your memory storehouse that needs to be taken care of.. Remember, these pictures you are seeing are symbolic and don't necessarily represent what you are envisioning. In order to change it, you need to find the trigger that is causing these recurrent dreams (nightmares). It can only be done at the subconscious level.
By eliminating those triggers, you may find the dream to be only one that does not complete.. and can have a much happier ending than is the present experience.

You're dreaming of prosperity. Water, expressed as a tidal wave, represents a huge flood of money. Your dreams deal with a fear of financial success, and what it could do to you, and others. The glass represents vulnerability and separation... you're not rich yet... (p.s. The glass will never break in your dream.) Seeing others drowning in the wave while you yourself are safe represents a fear of how having wealth would hurt those less fortunate around you.
You're afraid that becoming prosperous will overcome who you are as a person.... overwhelm your values and harm the less fortunate. Classic "fear of success" dream.

These dreams clearly mean that you have repressed your deep desire to go surfing. By not surfing, look at all the suffering you must witness! These drowning people you see aren't people, they are the days of your life crying out for the Joy of riding a Big One into the beach! The magma is a sure sign that you could be good enough to surf the biggest waves in the world, which everybody knows are in HAWAII. And Hawaii has lots of magma.
Notice that in your dreams you are safe from the danger. Glass is hard, yet you can see through it, the same way fear is transparent yet strong. What is the fear? You need to break through the fear.
And the best way to do that is to go surfing.

It means that you are feeling overwhelmed with all the little pressures and stresses of life. But don't worry, just as you have grown accustomed to your dream and are no longer afraid, so you can also learn manage all things in your life. Just takes practice. Having regular dreams, especially fearful ones, is excellent for the mind since it teaches you not to be afraid.

As you have heard "Deep water" means trouble.
In your case, deep water or tidal waves = trouble, difficulties, obstacle in life.
Many times, you are witness of it and yet you didn't get hurt. That dream tells you that you have lot of difficulties in life that you have to deal with it. Most of time you are running away from it. That means you are trying to escape from reality, from responsibilities.
In your life, you feel helpless, you project waves after waves to drain yourself. However, subconsciously, you didn't let that happen, each time you survive from it. That means, deep down in your personality, you want to depend on yourself.
In conclusion, you want to break through difficulties, but you just can't. You are resisting something as I can see from your dream. that is why you have this reoccurring dream.
