Muslims are mostly very closed-minded people, and think they're right about everything and anything against or different than their beliefs, practices, etc. is wrong and forbidden. But, they are brainwashed. People who convert others to Islam do one hell of a convincing job!

Because, right or wrong, people are entitled to believe in whatever they like, regardless of whether you think it's true or not. Muslims do believe in salvation, just not through Jesus Christ, but through Allah. And I'd say everyone believes in healing, unless you mean spiritual healing, in which case every religion has their own view on it, which adds up to pretty much the same thing.

the best thing you need to do is go to the source and try to read the qouran cause it's the only sure way to find out the truth about islam don't listen to people the truth is in the words of the god .because when people say somthing it's not 100% sure they always miss somthing or add somthing . people never say the truth 100%
