ok.. first off... there are many theories about how the dinosaurs disappeared...... the one that is most likely true is that a huge meteor hit the earth a long long time ago and killed off almost all living things. way before the Bible ages.. lol the dinosaurs were killed millions of years ago... and as for the bible... we are in 2006 which means the bible is about that old... a few thousand years old...

big gap between dinosaurs and the bible... the 2 don't even go together... sounds like you need to pay attention in school... especially in science class

Dinosaurs died out millions of years before the first human evolved in the world. And my guess is that when the Bible was written all those years ago, they hadn't discovered the dinosaur fossils and knew they existed. There are many theories about what killed off the dinosaurs. One of them is a meteor hit the earth and clouded the sky so that the sun couldn't reach the earth and it became incredibly cold. All the plants died, and then followed the dinosaurs that ate the plants. After, the carnivores died because their food source (the herbivores and omnivores) had died out previously. But no one really knows.

Dinosaurs were killed by many of the same pressures that kill life off today. A natural disaster is the most likely explanation.

The bible was written millions of years after the dinosaurs died, and at the time the dinosaurs existed, humans hadn't evolved yet.

Because the bible is a fairy tale written by men to control other, less intelligent, people. Dinosaurs aren't in the bible because the original authors didn't know about them. Scientists have several theories why the dinosaurs became extinct, but no definite answers.

When satan rebelled against God he was cast out of the heavens and fell onto the earth(read job and Joshua). As the earth was Gods creation he destroyed it with every living thing upon it.That is why Genesis starts as it does that the earth was void.Adam and Eve were created 7 thousand years ago And that is where the Bible starts. The earth was dark and void for an indeterminable time but it must have been millions of years.Man had evolved up to a point at that time but after the destruction there was nobody to evolve further. When God recreated man He must have recreated us as if there was no break in the evolution time line. This is also the reason that the scientists are still looking for the so called missing link in human evolution. It will never be found because it never existed.Every thing on earth was destroyed by satan and his fallen angels(called demons after this point in time)

Dinosaurs were not mentioned in the Bible because the Middle East is so dry there wasn't enough water for them, so they never lived there in the first place. They lived in Northern Europe.

There was plenty of water and lots of vegetation (trees for big dinosaurs, and broccoli, which *looks* like trees), for little ones. The dinosaurs flourished, and esteblished the Halstadt Culture, which is German for "standing around in the vestibule".

After the migrations of Genghis Kahn, the dinosaurs moved west, eventually inhabiting only the British Isles, where the Vowel Shift of the 12th / 13th C. finished them off.

Because the dinosaurs lived millions, maybe billions of years before man. Because the Bible is just a book, a work of fiction and dinosaurs were REAL.

Who said they weren't? The Bible says that all the diferent kinds of animals went onto the ark and dinosaurs are animals there just extinct and when they got off of the ark the rain changed the weather in a way that the dinosaurs couldn't survive.(This is just a theory)Jesus Loves and Adores.

The dinosaurs were killed by a global climate change, probably caused by a meteor impact. They are not in the bible because the bible is a collection of fairy tales written by a bunch of zealots who probably never went more than 25 miles from home.

because the bible was written by man and the dinosaurs were BEFORE man....when the Bible says the earth was created in 6 days why does everyone assume that those days were the typical 24 hour long days that we think of....they could have actually been thousands of years for all we know...the word day might just be signifying a specific period of time, not 24 hours.
