If you have told this person to leave you alone,nicely and it is not doing the trick.Then you should call the police and get the person for harassment or get a restraining order out on this person.

I would try to nicely tell them the first 7 times to leave me alone. Then when he got in my nerves I would tell him off. If he continued to not leave me alone I would try to scare him off with a scary boyfriend.lol.

if they won't then ignore them. if it continues it can be useful to find someone else.. or a friend.. for example.. if a girl bugs you one of your friends ( girl) might be able to help.. since as a guy you don't want to be mean to a girl.. but that's only if they won't listen! .. personally though i'd just tell them i am not interested and remind them that they could find someone else who might be.. plus telling them they're degrading themselves chasing someone who doesn't care.

That a hard one..... I suggest that you make sure that this person doesnt think you are playing around..... which means that you cant try to be too nice ..... If that doesnt work I would block em.
