According to AskMen.com, which lists the top 10 bachelor party destinations in the world, the best beach destination would be South Beach, Florida (#3).
#9 was also not a bad beach choice: Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Personally I liked their Montreal answer -- good reasoning, there.
