I doubt that there will be a WW3 - at least in the same sense as the other two were world wars. More than likely we will see the same sorts of localized mini-wars and conflicts we see now continue. There are many reasons for this, but I think mainly it is because, as a world, we are very financially dependant on one another. We have the European Union which basically guarentees no more full scale warfare in Europe. We have NAFTA, OPEC, etc. What I think we WILL see are these local despots stirring up trouble. Whether this escalates into a full-fledged world war is very unlikely.

Actually WWIII is probabaly more likely to start because of something like the situation that's occuring right now between Israel and Lebanon. The last too World wars started with small armed actions that gradually escalated. A third war would probably be from a similar situation.

Terrorism isn't a major threat to world peace, as terrorists don't operate a nation, they are a small group of people. Communist states like N. Korea, China, and even Russia(psuedodemocracy) to an extent offer the greatest threat.

North Korea doesn't want to rule the world so I think they are fairly safe. There is just a lot of talk...big man on campus. No real threat there. I believe if WW III happens it would definitely be with Iran. Iran with Hammas is the head and Lebanon with Hezbollah and Syria are the tentacles. They are the ones pushing the Christians and Jews and nonbelievers of their faith to the big blowout that is in the process of escalating as we speak. These are people that cannot be reasoned with and will not back down until (according to the Koran) all non believers of their faith are destroyed. It is their mission to kill us all if we are nonbelievers of the Muslim faith. It isn't because of America this WW III is starting or will start but boy those liberals would believe America is behind everything. They even blamed the hurricane in Louisiana on Bush, they would blame this on him too. It isn't our fault that the Muslim faith is brainwashing their children to believe we must all die. How can you reason with brainwashed people? You don't but you must fight them to protect our faith in this country and yes....even those liberals who don't believe in God and want his name removed from our little piece of the world.

Communism and Terrorism/Nazism/Fascism are not the same.
Read up on communism and you'll see.
Countries like N. Korea are not really communist, they just claim to be.
Communism will not, or at least should not, cause a WWIII

The two are connected. N.Korean influence is involved in terrorism in the middle east. Didnt you ever wonder why Bush include N.Korea in the "axis of evil"?

We will be fighting Muslim Terrorists from now on. The big question is do we support Bush and fight back? Or do we surrender like the Democrats want us to do and hope the terrorists will be nice to us from now on?
The shame is that liberal Democrats want us to lose in Iraq so that they can regain control of Congress. They want power and they hate Bush so much that they don't care about our military boys & girls dying. They want us to lose.

I think the real cause of WWIII will be America's blatant disregard for international law, its global greed and response to situations they themselves originally caused. Dont forget-they trained Bin Laden.
