I don't have a clue. My question to you would be: why on earth would you be asking a bunch of ordinary joes who are mostly going to give you an answer whether they actually know the answer or not ?!? For God's sake, ask a doctor!!!!!
P.S. I wouldn't take ANYTHING, not even an asprin unless it was ABSOLUTELY necessary! Many things that were once thought to be safe are proven to cause birth defects later.

truthfully, opposite to what anybody else is asserting, under a docs care, you may take ambien throughout being pregnant. i'm 37 weeks and have been on ambien for 2 weeks as a results of insomnia. i'm in elementary terms allowed to take 10mg at nighttime. or perhaps although i will take it each and every nighttime, I commonly attempt to take it another nighttime or each and every 2 nights to cut back down the possibility of dependency. My infant is unquestionably healthful. basically, hard work and Deli each and every has had to grant me ambien multiple situations as a results of fact that i grew to become into 27 weeks as a results of fact i could now stay conscious as a results of preterm hard work. good success. in simple terms be valuable to enable the dr. comprehend which you're having problems slumbering. they're going to have the skill to prescribe you some ambien it fairly is the suited dosage (or they might use yet another med. it particularly is as much as the dr. commonly they supply you a call.) do exactly not take any over the counter sleep aids in any respect! additionally, the component result with ambien is that it does pass into breast milk. good success.

As the others said, you're going to need to speak to your doctor or pharmacists about this. I don't know what the pregnacny catagory is for Ambien. Make sure you speak with one of them before you take the medicine. Best of luck to you, and your baby.

ask your doctor. Until you get a answer I wouldn't take it. You can also go to the web site WEBMD and see if you can find out.

no, it's not. if you're having trouble sleeping talk to your doctor. my sister's dr toldher to take one benedryl, my friend's dr told her to take tylenol pm. talk to your dr and see what they prefer you to take, but ambien won't be on their list, and it is habit forming. you don't want your unborn baby hooked on sleeping pills and being tired all the time when you take them. anything you take the baby takes.
