You see, what you're going through little boy, is like jello puddin pops. Actually, it's more like Kodak film. See, when I was a boy, we went down slopes. We listened to jazz, but today, they listen to the rap, and get the brain damage. So they don't know what the jazz is all about, you see?

I think women many times do not have the time to breast feed, because of work. Also, women say it can be painful. Doctors recommend breast feeding because it is better for the baby. It is of course, the only natural way to do it.

Why do you think God gave you breasts? Trust me, they were not made for men to play with. I am currently nursing my 4 month old daughter. I nursed my other child too! It is the most natural thing in this world. It is a wonderful gift to give your baby. It is tough at first, but every minute is worth it. Once your baby catches on, it is a breeze. NO BOTTLES to fix or heat or clean!!!!! I recommend breastfeeding for every mother. I don't know why people turn their noses up at it. My mother still does not "approve", but she accepts because she knows it is the best thing for my baby. Maybe people are embarressed, I don't know. If you are thinking about breastfeeding, don't let anyone talk you out of it. There are ways of concealing youself. Trust me, by the time you get to my level, you really won't worry about that! Good Luck

I think in today' society it seems pretty unrealistic, that's why. A lot of homes rely on two parent income and many mother's have to go back to work, some already have other children at home, and it's very time consuming and with today's rushed society it's just not as easy to do as it once was back in earlier times. Also, it's not as easy to leave the child with a babysitter, and then if you do manage to do it and work , you gotta use pumps and freeze milk, and it's just not convenient, and with the way the world is today, everyone's all about the most effective and efficient way to do things.

I have no clue...but I think it because in North American society many of us were not used to seeing it after bottle feeding became so common. If more people do it , I'm sure attitudes will change. There is nothing wrong with it whatsoever, and I don't even give it a second thought myself.

i personally didnt even try for a number of reasons, I had twins so i would have had a baby hangin from my chest all day NO GOOD and they were in the NICU for 10 days so i couldnt even do it then. So my main reason was the convience of formula.
Plus i dont have time for leaky boobs and wouldnt want that. But i think its totally natural and for the people that do it good for them. But my bro and sis and i were fed formula and turned out just fine. Its not for everyone

They say breastfeeding is best. Your milk has antibodies in it that help your baby's immune system before they are able to develop their own.
Of course it's natural!
On the down side, breastfeeding can be messy, inconvenient, even painful. Also, if your baby is like mine were, my milk made them vomit projectile-style. I ended up pumping milk and mixing it with lactose-free formula. I rationalized that they were still getting some of my immunities, but didn;t have all the discomfort and vomiting. I was only able to pump for about 6 weeks before the supply tapered off.
If you can and your baby is agreeable, breastfeeding is better for your baby.

It's natural, and best for the child.
But it's also messy, inconvenient, and politically incorrect in some places and times.
It's silly not to, though, because it is so easy to drape a blanket over a feeding child.

It is natural as your own pregnancy and a part of it. It is healthy for the baby, as it will help build up his/her inmune system. In many instances, the production of breastmilk is not enough, and you need to supplement it with formula, and if the mom has to go to work, she would need a wonderful support system at home and at work to continue to give the baby her breastmilk.
No doubt about the benefits, the bond you create with your baby, is undiscrabable, you loose weight and baby will love it!

Yes, of course it is natural. That is what mammary glands were evolved for.
How do you think Homo Sapiens survived for thousands of years before formula milk?
But, it is not that easy.
You need to be taught how to shape your nipple, so that the baby can latch on.
Babies are not that competent either.
It is about learning.
Good for the baby, bad for the consistency of the breast.
If I could choose again. I'd go for formula.
Breast augmentation is expensive.
