Kay- since no one is understanding what I mean by it- I have fair skin. There's a vitaim (checked it out with my doctor already) that simply helps your body create more melanin so that you're darker. So in a way it's fake since I'm naturally fair (not even Pale, just light skin thats pinkish) but it's not spray on or lotion, I produce it myself, so it's kinda real.

Ok, as of now, there is no vitamin that increases your melanin level. The ingredients of these "vitamins" is actually a type of beta caretin, small levels of this are found in carrots. The pills however, have very, very high levels of food dye. It tints your urine first, then your skin will get darker. But if they put enough dye in there to get it to be able to absorb through your many layers of skin, imagine the effects on the INSIDE of your body. Not only that but also small areas will get darker than others .
