All foods if prepared with skill and Passion turn me on, the richer the better. An Oyster Omelet smothered in Hollandase Sauce, a pile of perfectly Poached Crab meat with hot drawn butter, Ripe Brie, Chilled Potato soup (vichyssoise) with fresh chives, a dollop of Beluga Caviar floating on a dollop of Creme Fresh and a drizzle of Truffle Oil., Vine Ripened Tomatoes with cracked pepper, virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and fresh basil.
