My perants want to take me on vacation before school starts. They have frequent flyers miles to go to either Canada or Austria and they want me to decide. Which one do you think would be a better summer vacation destination?

I've been to both, and you've gotta go to Austria. Canada is very nice, but Austria is amazing!! Beautiful cities (Vienna is unbelievable), the Alps. Also, you should go to Salzburg (if you've seen the Sound of Music, that's where it was filmed). If I had your choice, I'd go back to Austria in a heartbeat. Have a nice trip either way!

Definetely Austria. As the other poster said, Vienna and Salzburg are some of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

I would have to say Austria. It is in Europe. How often do you get to go over there? Canada you can drive to.
