as long as your lady is not loose it is all good.. yes they can be loose. All you have to do is play with it with your fingers to tighten it up.. one or two..but no more.. if she knows how to have sex.. then you are in for a treat.. she can actually squeeze your penis with her muscles inside her vagins.. like we can make our penis move on its own... if she squeezes the correct muscles then it doesn't matter if you wear a condon or not. she can squeeeze your penis so hard.. she will be able to feel every vain on your penis..
