This sounds crazy, but I started potty training my oldest when she was about 9 months old. I was pregnant and had to pee frequently so I took her with me everytime I went. By the time she was 11 months, she was completely trained. She would wake up dry every morning and even from her naps. Once I had her sister, she regressed. She's 27 months now and finally completely potty trained. We haven't started training out youngest yet because she has no interest in the potty.

My daughter will be turning 2 in a week and is almost completely potty trained. I think each child is different. I have a six month old and I won't put her on the same time schedule. I'll do it when she's ready. Good luck! It's a lot of work!

I started my son on his potty training at one year, simply because he drank enough milk to float. It really did'nt work for about six months ,not until he went with his dad to see how it was done.My daughter at one and we moved the potty chair in whatever room she was in and had a childs book that showed the potty training in progress, it worked great.

As soon as their old enough, to start tugging, on that irritating diaper.. About 1-2.. My kids were all real easy to train.. Except my oldest son!! Now, I honestly think, he thought the toilet was going to swallow him whole if he sat on it!! He screamed, and pitched a fit anytime we took him in there, to give it a "Try"..... I eventually had to buy him some of those cool little floating tissue ducks, to aim at, so he could get the hint that the toilet wasn't going to hurt him... Something I'll never forget, poor baby.. Then, my other son... When he did his first #2, I told him "What a good boy, he was, and asked him too flush it now," he said "No mommy that's my friend.. We all laughed!! The things, out of the mouth's of "Babes"!!! I miss those ages, so much !!! Good-Luck, to you!!
