I just made out with a girl who says she only wants me for my body and then another girl asks me on a date. I'm 80% sure that she wants to make out with me, but I recently found out that she's a friend of one of the first girl's friends. Should I go through with it or back out of the date with the second girl?

You're going to lose one or both as friends...if both find out. You'll have to decide if you're willing to take that risk.

if you have interest in her, then go for it. however, if i was one of those girls, i would not want my date to be someone who has kissed my friend. i suggest you let her know about what happened. if both girls tthink its ok, then have fun with your date.
