BEST credit card is your BANK Card (debit) no annual fee just a small monthly fee like 1.50 no interest rate at all.

Credit card rates depend on the individual applying for credit. Your rates will depend on your credit status on your credit report. If you have impeccable credit then you can choose your card. If not you will be limited to what they will give you.
You can go on line (goggle) and look up credit cards. Each company will list there best rates etc. From there you can apply for the most advantaged one.
