I order memory from Crucial usually.

They have a wizard which will help you determine the memory that you need. For the GX110 Crucial claims that it uses proprietary memory chips.

This usually means Rambus/RDRAM which usually isn't worth the $$$.

This DELL forum posting claims the maximum memory in the GX110 is 512MB.

Your best bet is going to be to look for the service tag number on your PC, go to http://support.dell.com and enter that service tag number to view the original configuration of your PC and it should tell you exactly what memory was installed to start with.
