There is very light hair that is almost naked to the eye. Everyone's entire body has hair on it, no matter who you are. Sometimes after women have kids the burst of new hormones create hair to become corser in some places inculding breasts, chin, neck and so on. It doesn't happen to everyone but it happens. Thats what laser treatments are for!
