Help And Do U Have Advice?

Its been a long time since i haven't been playing games and some of my favorites require shockwave plug in i install it but like a second later its done downloading . I go to the page and try playing the game and it still says i have to install it. Please help.

Have you tried closing your browser after you install shockwave and opening it again? How about restarting your computer after installing it? Do you have administrative privileges?

try downloading it again and then restart your computer.
