Lie or change.

those two things which everyone else has already mentioned are not really translated or explained that well in the english launguage...

it should be:

1. God WILL not lie... he keeps his word no matter, but his word is often founded on a condition - "repent, and ye shall be worthy" - so he still has the option to say "no, you don't deserve this, you didn't do that," but if we keep our word, we can always hold him to his, in honesty, that is...

2. God WILL not change... he will never allow himself to commit evil or fully reveal himself to man, or uncreate the universe, etc... and his message will always be the same- faith and repentance equals salvation... he won't be making any new loopholes as he goes along... meaning he has a plan and he's had it from the start and he sticking to it until the very end.

Also, God cannot be truly conceived by the human mind... but I don't know if thats in the bible.

It says God cannot lie and it says God cannot change. It also says that God is not man and that he would never become man.

I guess one of the 3 is a lie.

The "two immutable things" are:
(i) God(Grace) cannot lie(law)
(ii) God(Grace) cannot die(law)
Neither does God(Grace) ever change.
(So God is not any unjust judge)
Neither is there any shadow(law) of turning in God.

But of course we're talking about the "Higher" Power(God).
For God on "high" in plural & divided "heavens" can lie(law).
Which is to allegory say this God on high can also die(law).
In which things are an "allegory" and a "mystery" to solve.

The "grace"(God) of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

He cannot safeguard you, if you reject His law. Jer. 6:19

He cannot safeguard your property or loved ones, if you reject the Word of the Lord.

He cannot believe your heart if you only praise with your lips. He cannot believe you to be true if you follow tradition instead of the Word of God. Mark 7:5-15.

God cannot sin
God cannot interfere with what He gave us: "free will"

But it is more "He will not" since He can do as He pleases but because He is perfect and fair He wont.
