Count the positive things you have in life (your siblings, the ability to read, your freedom to choose what kind of music to listen to) and make the decision that your life is not all that bad! Hey Whats up!
Theres several ways to relieve stress. I feel your pain, theres a lot of us that are similar in this world, and have a hard time cooping with (that feeling). The key is to think positive thoughts! about yourself and the world around you. Use good memories, and don't put yourself down, because we all make mistakes. Look to those that Love you, they can help. If its too much, seek help, cause its there. Have you tried anything Spiritually? I find this to work!
Keep in mind that there are alternative stress relievers; example-fishing, running, swimming, walking, painting, playing music, and the list continues.....Find one that you enjoy, and use it often.

focus on the positives - consider all the people in the world who have nothing (yes, depressing thought, but makes you appreciate what you have!)
write it down. I never believed that it works, but it does. Even if you crumple it up and burn it or delete it from your computer right away - it helps to get it all out.
do some serious thinking about what would make you happy. And do something to work towards that. even a tiny step in the right direction.
remember the last time you were truly happy and relaxed. . . . and go from there.

Try excersing (talking a walk or a jogging). Maybe taking a relaxing bath, or getting a gym membership and relaxing in the sauna/steam room.If you believe you have anger problems you should sign up for anger management before you do something you'll regret in the future.

Try talking to someone. And get some sleep. Try taking up boxing, hitting things is a great way to relieve pent up anger and stress.
