In the United States of America, 18 in most states (and the State of New York), and POSSIBLY 16 in some states. My brother went navy at 17, right after high school - but with parental consent.
I'm sorry things are not going well. Good luck out there!
And what Savetao5 mean was "emancipated" - but then you're still a "ward of the state" until legal age - sorry.

Legally, it is 18. However; in the state of California, if a you want to move out and present a strong motive before a judge, the judge will deceide if you can move out before you are 18.

In the USA the age is 18. You are legally an adult then and can move wherever you want to.
Have a great day!
