He started sucking his fingers when he was born..He cant stop.. How do i get him to stop?

There is something you can buy at the store that won't hurt his finger and does not wash off easy for thumb suckers.Pepper and stuff washes off.This stuff won't hurt him and believe me he won't be sucking his fingers any time soon.It really last,even after he tries to wash it off.Good Luck!

Place the finger(s) he sucks the most on a flat hard surface, take a framing hammer, this is important because its the right size and weight, and salm it down next to his fingers. This may cause a pants wetting problem but you can ask that question at a later time

My little sister had this same problem.
I asked our family doc about it when I took her in for a checkup (mum was working) and he actually informed me of a sort of coating you can apply to their fingers. It's non-toxic but it does taste rather foul so it deters them from sucking. It causes no harm.
Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the paste. Try Google searching it based on the criteria I just gave you. I'll edit my answer if I can find the name of the stuff.

My twin sister is 23 year old and she still sucks her thumb sometimes. I don't know if you can get him to stop it has to be his choice. Once he is old enough he will stop out of embarrassment .

Put some tabasco sauce on them that'll stop him⥠Just make sure he has water or milk nearâ¥

PUT PEPPER ON THEM IF HE SUCKS ON THEM AGAIN DO IT AGAIN.EVENTUALLY HE WILL STOP.

you put pepper spray on it. it works every time.
