I think no one.
Could you think inversely? every people or country has one potential enemy: what you call America: United States, US, or more exactly, USrael, managing the world towards racial injustice (blacks, arabs, hispanos...), opression (friend dictators), unequality and calculated destruction (Vietnam, Nicaragua, Honduras, Salvador, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, Lebanon...).
"America" (US) is not the important thing in the world. "Enemy" is not the correct concept either, because it depends on the point of view. A more important question would be, how much value has an iraqi, colombian, afghan, palestinian or lebanese life for an "american"? Make the poll, ask also how many palestinians and lebanese children have died in the last month, and will give you the answer to your question

How many grains of sand upon the beach??? I don't have a clue how many enemies America has but it seems funny that everyone seems to want to come to America and live? Go figure. Nobody seems to mind when we're first on the scene of natural disasters, but everybody hates America. And they will unite and fight us till the world falls in peace? What kind of crap is that?

the u.s. has definitely lost credibility, sympathy, & empathy since the re-election of g.w.
only 55.3% of eligible voters bothered to cast their votes in the 2004 election!
And 2004 was supposedly a banner year in terms of voter turnout!
in fact, since the 1960's, the number of voting americans have declined. it hasn't been since the early 60's that at least 60% of valid registered voters bothered casting their ballot.
...it sends the entire world a message, "we/ the u.s. people don't/ doesn't care. ...but enough of us thinks this guy can run our country and represent us in international affairs."
not long ago, non-americans have been able to seperate the american people and it's politic/ politicians. this is getting increasingly hard to do. what little credibility, sympathy, and empathy left for the american people has been dwindled to almost nothing - at best. bush's ignorance and arrogance embodies the stereotypical "bad" american - a loud, arrogant, & stupid bully!

If you count a nation as 1 enemy, I'd say several dozens. But who can blame them? They've lived and died under american occupation or suffered because of american interests.
