I have little wounds on my lips and they are sore for quite a long time.I know that these are not pathogenic.I want my lips back :(
Sometimes I pick and bite them and make these small wounds bleed. So tired of that.
Which pomade would you recommend me if you have had the same problem before?
P.S.I smoke maybe that's the cause of irritation.
Please name me the pomades that worked best on your lips.
Thanx!!

CARMEX!!!!
I MUST WARN YOU CARMEX WILL BURN CAUSE YOUR LIPS ARE DAMAGE.
TRY REDUCING YOUR SMOKING WHICH CAUSES YOUR IRRITATION
LASTLY, DONT PICK YOUR LIPS!

You probably have herpes or whats commonly known as cold sores. Don't pick at them you'll just make them worse!!!! Start taking Lysine. You can find it in the vitamin aisle at the grocery store. They may even have a lysine lip ointment you can use too. For some reason lysine makes the sores heal faster. Good luck and stop picking!!

You should go to the baby section in walmart and by lanolin (not sure of the spelling) it is the stuff that nursing mothers put on there breast. It works sooo good. It is kind of expensive I think like $10 but one tub has lasted me two years and I am no where close to emptying it.
