Theres a spell checker ya know cavewoman, or you just a kid? Which either way is weird. But yes, friends should come before boyfriends, unless the boyfriend and you are in love, and I mean really in love (Not really sure if you understand love), and if your friends are a bunch of snobs that your just trying to fit in with.

It depends how serious of a friend they are. Most of the time friends come first, but if your boyfriend is serious enough he ends up becoming your best friend. It is important to keep both though. Also if you are choosing sides on something, choose who is right not who comes first.

In most cases, yes. But sometimes, the chemistry is there and strong, so the relationship begins, and friendship is formed along the way.

Yes, especially if it isn't a serious relationship. If it is a good relationship then he should be your best friend anyways. If he's not then It's not going to last that long.

depending on how much you valuate them. You don't have to neglect your best friend just because you have a boyfriend and wise verse. If them make me choose in between them, I would forgo both.
