Of course, we have to define making out; but personally, I wouldn't rush into anything. Making out is an important step and when the time is right; you will know. You won't be asking yourself whether it is right or not; you'll know.
The thing is at 12 you have a whole life time ahead of you. You have a real purpose for being here and that is what should occupy your mind at the age of 12. What is your purpose in life and how can you get that purpose accomplished?

"Making out?" Well, if you're 12 I'd say a little peck would show a girl you care, or holding hands, little bit of hugging perhaps ...but the more serious stuff... minimum of 16. Trust me on this. And if the girl wants to get wild, you don't want that kind of girl.

12? You're not even out of elementry school yet so I would suggest waiting. You're way too young to be thinking about kissing/making out. Stay a kid.

whoa buddy, u need to find urself a girlfriend before u start doing that stuff. u need to be at least 15 or 16 to get that serious into a relationship.

16 the earliest, cause things could get hot and heavy, and lead to something else, and you would be a daddy, to a chil , when your still a child yourself. Keep your mouth closed for now.

when you're ready. i'd suggest when you really love this girl you can make out but when you are like on a date or something a peck on the cheek or on the hand is very gentlemen like and romantic
