The lens mount is identical. AF and exposure metering should work fine, too.
If the lenses were cheap, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that the D200 has a smaller image circle than film and doesn't use the edge of the lens. The bad news is that 10MP will show how bad even the central part of the lens is. (The Sigma EX line will be wonderful.)

Because the sensor on your camera is smaller than the 35mm film on your F100 (great camera by the way - I still have mine), you will have a 1.5x crop to deal with so your lenses won't be able to go as wide as before but will be able to zoom further. For instance, on my D200 I have an "18-70" zoom lens. In actuality, because of the 1.5x crop, it's about equivalent to a 35mm 28-105mm lens which is fine for a general purpose lens although I wish I could go wider at times.

Another advantage of the 1.5x crop is that it will crop out any distortions that occur on the edges of many zoom lenses.

Are they the same mount? I know my old Cannon SLR lenses all work OK with the digital SLR
