Yes. I have been unfaithful to several women at the same time. You can call me every despicable word in the book, but the strange thing is I truly loved each of them. I want to be monogamous, but I truly loved these different women at the same time. It went beyond the excitement of having multiple partners -- each possessed traits and fulfilled needs the others could not.

Bottom line: you're selfish at best, immoral at worst, but that's not your question. The answer to your question is a resounding yes: you can love two people romantically at the same time. If you want to eliminate one, chose the one who better fulfills you emotionally and sexually. Never pick the better looking or more financially stable one for those reasons alone.

i am sorrr but it is not possible to love two people in the way i believe you are referring to. You may be infatuated witht e both of them, you may adore the both of them, but love is given to one person. Believe me if you were to love two people it would take so much away from you, i have seen it happen, and this was two people at two different times. You see when you love someone you literally give apart of yourself to that person that you never get back (just to let you know, i am not talking about sex) so as you continuously do so, the giving part of you is disintegrating.

Why not? I love both my parents. I love my ex, and we say we love each other, but we are both single and looking for new people. Now if you are IN love with a person, I think that's different... I think people are only in love with one person at a time. Good luck.
