At about three weeks, her nipples will swell and become darker pink. She will get bigger, of course, and when you put your hands on either side of her belly, you will feel individual lumps that will start moving as she gets closer to her due date.
A cat's pregnancy lasts from 65-67 days.

A female cat will stop going into "heat" - about once a month, like a menstrual cycle in women, female cats start to act bizzarrely, seem to want to go outside, and otherwise are overemotional, they may pee to mark territory and are otherwise "unusual".
If you have a female cat that you didn't spay/neuter then you should be familiar with this. Also, they'll start to "nest", finding a place to give birth to the kittens.

My cats want more affection from me when they are pregnant and as they get near time to give birth the sides begin to bulge and you can see the kittens kicking and moving around. Hope this helps you some.
