NO.
Nothing can be eaten to make you lose weight. This is a myth.
The claim is that some foods contain less energy than it takes to digest them. Celery is the usual example quoted, but of course you don't eat celery for its energy content and you certainly could not live on celery alone.
The only thing that will make you lose weight is to eat less.
Specifically you must eat less energy-food (starch, sugars and fats).
Exercise helps, but it is the amount of energy-food you eat that is most important.

food doesnt make you LOSE weight really its having a balanced diet and doing excercise that will really shift the weight.

Try and eat more small meals more often than eating 3 big meals and snacking. This will help.

Walk to the shop instead of taking the car. Try and do some kind of exercise... but don't go over the top, I always think consistency is better than exercising every other month!!

Good luck!!

I seriously detest the whole label of ATKINS , and all the money made from it, but essentially if you try it for 5 days, then assess the results you will be startled.

Im not even overweight, but am veggie. If I want to shift a few pounds when I go on one of my fitness missions (indoor rowing)
I can shift 5 lbs in 3 days by eating scrambled eggs for brekky (no bread), Tuna Mayonnaise for lunch (no bread)
and Linda Mcartney veggie sausages (that I dip in mayonaise) for tea. NO CARBS whatsoever.

Then I feel better to train.

I have heard that it actually takes more calories to digest celery than what you are actually eating in the celery.
