It's a little presumptuous to believe we know the answers to these questions. Human spirituality and hope can lead us to believe any number of things about our existence, but we will never, ever know the answers while we're on earth. We may discover the exact process of how our species physically came to exist, but we will never be able to prove or disprove divine design, nor will we ever be able to prove or disprove the existence of an afterlife. That's why we talk about God in terms of "faith". Faith involves choosing to accept or ignore an inherent element of uncertainty. If we were certain about God, we wouldn't need to have "faith" in him; instead, we would just know he existed.
No one, not even religious people, can actually claim to KNOW anything about God. Folks can have FAITH that God does this or that, but KNOWING is impossible. Some folks choose to not worry so much about things they can't possibly know and focus on searching for as much truth as they can find. The answers are NOT easy, and they are NOT in black and white. It's pretty clear that the Bible isn't the unblemished Word of God if you actually read it. It's also pretty clear that the other world religions are lacking in some areas too. It's really pointless to pretend to know all the answers. It's better to glean all the wisdom you can from every point of view you encounter and use it to better yourself. Jesus taught the correct way to live - whether you believe he was divine or not. I think he might have been divine, but I certainly don't believe the ultimatums set forth in the ridiculously unreliable Gospel of John. But Jesus's divinity is irrelevant when you consider his earthly teachings: love your neighbors, love your enemies, don't be hypocritical, and speak with your actions. These teachings are wise and true. And so are many of the ideas propagated by other spiritual groups. Each has its own insight into our existence, and they are all valuable in some respect.
I don't know who created me. I don't know where I'm going when I die. I believe that some force set the earth in motion with design (our existence does not appear to be random to me), and I hope that another life exists beyond this one - my simple human survival instincts dictate that hope. But I don't know. I search for as much truth as I can find, but I don't expect to find it all. If the whole truth was out there, no one would need faith.

God created me. We are all created by God and for God.
Atheist = A Theist
But God shows His anger from Heaven against all sinful, wicked people who push the truth away from themselves. For the truth about God is known to them instinctively. God has put this knowledge in their hearts. From the time the world was made, people have seen the earth and sky and all that God made. They can clearly see His invisible qualities- His eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse whatsoever for not knowing God. Romans 1 v 18-20

My Father in Heaven created my spirit before I was born. My parents created my body to house my spirit. I will go to heaven when I die, at least that's my hope. I'm living my life in a way that would support that belief.

I was created by bacteria. The formation of the body scupled into organisms, which evoled it to earth life.
As for where I go at death, Im afraid I have sinned to much, even if I didnt, I seek hell out.

The lifeforce, commonly referred to as "God", is within me. My parents, however, created me. We are all here as physical incarnations of the lifeforce, and in this way we ALL affect our individual and group destinies. This universe and its physics are geared for life...so life must flourish throughout it, as life...the lifeforce...has an agenda all its own...to LIVE...to propagate...to spread life. The ONLY important miracle is that we can say I AM...that we are ALIVE. We fail to grasp the significance and understanding of this simple fact...instead we wrap it in folklore and superstition, religious faith and wishful thinking. We worship "God" as some outside force...failing to recognize him within us...each of us. Failing to realize that our demise will lead to his. We believe in Armageddon, and therefore will unwittingly bring it about...because we BELIEVE it. There is no more evil thought or deed than the annihilation of mankind...of life...of the lifeforce...of this miracle and gift.

My parents created me. That which I consider "me" will cease to exist upon death. Do I like it? No, but it's not within my power to change it.

2. into the ground, perhaps into the belly of worms and whatever else helps decompose me, unless I drown, then I'll be in the water, or if I get exploded or cremated then i'll be burned up and fly up into the air...like Jesus did.
