Well now it all depends if you have a living girlfriend/wife/partner! If so then think of how easier your life will be if you go shopping on your way home first (Don't forget to buy her a bunch of flowers, box of chocolates, bottle of wine and a couple of DVDs) then come home, finish the lounge and after that ask her how she feels about having some time to herself, just relax while you go to the nags!
And if you don't then please yourself! Why shouldn't you?

do all 3 then go to the pub get drunk lose your shopping come home get sick all over the lounge then do it all again the next day
