It seems to me that you are the one that has to live with the colors. If you like them, what else matters? I say, go ahead with your planned color scheme and enjoy it.
Good luck with your painting project.

I think it would look much much better with a lighter brown as the main color and use the pink as the accent. But then again, I would have to see the actual shades of color that you are using to make a complete decision.
These are very hip colors right now and are timeless. There are so many ways to accent these colors and draw them all together. I think this is a wonderful choice for a bedroom because the brown is soothing and refined while the pink is bold and fun. It is a good balance.

it relies upon. with outfits? pink and orange are completely lovable for summer season. pink and eco-friendly are a classic preppy blend. pink and turquoise can circulate jointly if the colours are precise. for a room in a house? pink and extremely very gentle butter yellow. pink and pink for a infants' room. there are various possibilites! circulate to a craft keep and get a coloration wheel you would be suprised what number colorings you could pair with pink.

Most people think that painting a dark room will make it seem smaller , but that isn't true at all......

Chocolate is a hot color right now, and goes with most any color. IMO, I think it looks great with eggshell blue, tuquoise, and the whitest white.
